We are seeking adedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient careand hospital settings with a commitment to providing exceptionalsupport to our physical therapy team andpatients.
KeyResponsibilities :
Assist physicaltherapists and physical therapist assistants in the treatment ofpatients.
Maintain cleanliness andorganization of the therapy area andequipment.
Comply with all hospitalpolicies and procedures including those related to infectioncontrol and patientprivacy.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previousexperience in a hospital setting is preferred.
Experience in patient care is preferred.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Abilityto lift up to 50 lbs. Physical ability to assist with patienttransfers and equipment handling.
Basicknowledge of medical terminology and physical therapy principles ispreferred.
