We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist / Recruitment Coordinator to support our clients is several States.
Since 2000, Delta-T Group (DTG) has been providing services to schools and individuals with disabilities and behavioral health challenges. Since our inception, we have focused on services that promote the healthy development of children, adults, and families through the programs we support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Passionately recruit source and screen professionals to work with the individual's services by our agency.
- Passive and active recruitment of candidates using resources including job board postings, social media, networking, and internet research.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
- Assist with verifying, evaluating, and investigating contractor credentials before placement.
- Match candidates with client needs.

The selected candidate will develop and maintain relationships, and actively recruit professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- 5 plus years of relevant experience in recruiting or staffing experience.
- Previous experience in Healthcare, Education, Human Services, or related industries (preferred).
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and implement new processes.
- Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems.
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal, and written communication and interpersonal skills.
