Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5 PM
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems
- Perform general repairs including fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and patching walls
- Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Inspect buildings and facilities for any issues or damages
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
