Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Raleigh-Durham at Research Triangle Park. The ideal candidate will be a customer service-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality and guest services.

Duties:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling all payment transactions accurately
- Answer phone inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Perform night audit duties as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced
- Utilize hotel management software to manage reservations and guest information

Experience:

- Proven experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in multilingual abilities being advantageous
- Familiarity with phone systems, night audit procedures, and hotel operations
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of resort/hotel operations and guest relations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
