Key Responsibilities:

Estimate Preparation: Carefully assess work order requirements to prepare detailed estimates, ensuring they meet client needs and company standards.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with our technical team, ensuring they are fully informed about the scope and specifics of pending jobs to enhance service execution.
Record Keeping: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of client requests, estimates provided, and follow-up communications.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any discrepancies in service estimates or client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Quality Assurance: Verify that all prepared estimates comply with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
