Energy Solutions is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our Finance team. The Accounts Receivable Managerisresponsible for accounts receivables and collection matters throughout the company. These include tracking, balancing, and collecting receivables from clients, daily monitoring of bank activities, managing daily workflow, as well as looking for ways to improve our processes. To ensure success you should be an analytically minded, high-integrity performer who has a keen eye for detail, superior organizational skills, and fosters a collaborative work environment. This is a non-supervisory position. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the daily and weekly workflow for Accounts Receivable including:
  • Monitor the bank accounts of the company
  • Monitor the cash position of the company
  • Monitor receivables – Track, balance, apply cash receipts and update financial records
• Identify delinquent accounts and follow up to ensure timely receipt of payment
• Correspond with clients and internal stakeholders
• Month-end and year-end activities
• Recommend and implement improvements as it relates to Accounts Receivables
• Other duties may be assigned by the Senior Director or Chief Financial Officer

Minimum qualifications:  

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or closely related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable required
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office particularly with Excel
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and leadership Team
• Flexible and can adapt to a changing environment
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Superior organizational skills 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High emotional intelligence
• Work well with the team and independently with minimal supervision.

Salary DOE: $73,000 - $93,000 / Annually
