Position Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for understanding, analyzing data and converting it to actionable information through creation and implementation of innovative, flexible and informative reports to support internal and external customers and to support growth, margin improvement, and strategic business management. The incumbent works with key staff and management team members to build and maintain a structure around the reporting process for sustainability. Working as part of a team, the incumbent manages the process, including requirements gathering, documentation, report or query completion, and distribution of reports. The incumbent is technically proficient and handles the highest level/most complex issues related to reporting for various sales, underwriting, finance and operational matters. The incumbent is accountable for consistency, reliability and validity of data. This person maintains a high degree of professionalism and aptitude to work with staff at all levels and in all departments.
