Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Commerical HVAC Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and installation services for a variety of equipment including RTU's, splits, chillers, AHU's, pumps and other HVAC equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits based on experience. We also provide power tools, a clean truck, training, and anything you need to help you excel and grow with us.

A large portion of our portfolio in the medical industry which opens up the door for overtime on a normal basis for those who like it. Managment has spent 20 years in the field and can relate directly to the needs of the front line technicians.

We are currently looking for commerical technicans who are stand alone in being able to troubleshoot and diagnoise the majoirty of DX systems as well as a Chiller Technician. We offer a wide varity of equipmennt types ranging from small systems to large 400 chilled water systems.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues

- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

- Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Experience in property maintenance or related field

- Proficiency in appliance repair and troubleshooting

- Knowledge of HVAC system design and operation

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Effective communication and customer service skills

Requirements:

- 5 years experience

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- EPA certification

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
