Overview:
As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of press machinery in a manufacturing environment. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating presses, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing exceptional results.
Position:Press Operator
Shift: 1st shift 6:30a -3:00p M-F
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00
Required Education and Experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work under time constraints.
- Proactive and self-disciplined.
- Practices Safety Management.
- Ability to use tools including, but not limited to, calipers, gauges and micrometers
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic math skills and computer skills
