Work you will do
You will team with EERPS-Workday colleagues as well as members from the client team on comprehensive, full-lifecycle (Financials, SCM or Adaptive Planning) implementation initiatives supporting finance, supply chain or manufacturing and distribution planning/execution transformations utilizing Deloitte's proven, adaptive implementation approach, "Momentum" - which emphasizes flexibility, integrated client involvement, and rapid delivery of value. Clients consist mostly of Large Enterprise organizations with complex Workday implementations.
Sr Consultant: Leads project workstreams, identification and documentation of business requirements and requirements management. Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, user training, defining support procedures. Additional duties may include: coordination of schedules, creation of documentation and collateral, creation and execution of test / use cases, configuration of Workday software, assisting with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream's efforts and assisting project leadership as required.
Qualifications
Required:

• 5 years of consulting or industry experience
• 2 years leading functional financials workstreams
• Experience on three Workday ERPs implementations
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Workday certification or successfully completing relevant Workday certification upon joining
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• An advanced degree in the area of specialization
• Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
• A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
• Willingness to mentor junior staff

Wages Salary
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 - $210,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
