Junior Business Analyst

Work you'll doWork with functional and technical teams to complete system enhancements and changes. Participate in requirements gathering sessions and design sessions. Work with the client to understanding their needs and write design specifications. Partner with offshore technology teams to communicate client needs/client vision. Perform testing requirements as needed.

In order to help clients reduce costs, improve health outcomes, and respond to public health crises, our Health Technology practice addresses critical health agency issues including: claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics, and health case management.

Qualifications:

Required:
2 years of experience of:

• Business Analyst experience ( techno-functional role)
• Data analysis, requirement clarifications, writing functional design documents, an understanding of technology and able to communicate effectively with technical counterparts in offshore and onshore teams
• SQL
• Experience working directly with clients
• Healthcare Systems or Integrated Eligibility Systems experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Bachelors Degree required
• Must be local to the Salem, OR area and available to work onsite

Preferred:

• State Health Technology experience
• STEM and Public sector experience
• MMIS experience
• SQL, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
