Work you'll do :

Field incoming help requests from end users.

Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.

Perform preliminary troubleshooting and either resolve or escalate to next tier level.

Qualifications
Requirements

BA/BS or MA/MS degree

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required

Up to 3 years years of hardware or software support

Strong written and oral communication, customer service, and time and project management skills

Preferred:

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
• Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security , CEH, CISSP)
