* 5 years of experience working in data science and systems engineering in a professional services consulting environmcent or supporting a US Military Program Office
* Knowledge of US government configuration management processes * Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
* Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, such as linear regression, decision trees, clustering, and neural networks
* Active Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility Preferred: * Master's Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or a related field
* Familiarity with SQL and database systems * Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js

This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,000 to $163,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
