Our Enterprise Performance Cross Consulting Group (CCG) is a cohort of client service practitioners who have the ability to work across Offerings within our Enterprise Performance Portfolios. Our CCG practitioners bring a collaborative mindset, an appetite for continuous learning, and a desire to grow their skills in meaningful ways — all while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications 

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required 
• 2 years of Transformation consulting experience
• Experience with business process analysis
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required 
• Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, VA

Preferred: 

• Previous IC client experience
