Work you’ll do/Responsibilities 

We are seeking an experienced QA Leads to join our project team, specializing in SAP ECC (Suite on HANA). As a QA lead, you will be responsible for leading testing efforts for the projects. The projects are run in a complex SAP environment with heavy volume of transactions.

• The QA Lead will be responsible for all testing and validation efforts.
• Will Develop comprehensive test plans and oversee the execution of QA testing for SAP ECC, ensuring alignment with business and system requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing of SAP ECC customizations and configurations to validate functionality and optimize user experience.
• Actively contribute to the success of SAP ECC projects by providing QA leadership, meeting project deadlines, and adapting to changing requirements.
• Implement effective defect management processes, including tracking, reporting, and timely resolution of issues identified during QA testing.
• Explore and integrate automation tools for efficient and effective QA testing within the SAP ECC environment.
• Create and maintain comprehensive QA documentation for SAP ECC projects, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer within the team.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in QA testing processes for SAP ECC, proposing and implementing enhancements to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

• 6 Years Proven Experience as a QA Test Lead for SAP ECC S4HANA projects.
• Proficiency in HP ALM
• Testing and troubleshooting expertise
• Proficiency in SAP Supply Chain module.
• Customization and configuration proficiency
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Adaptability to Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
