Deloitte US is Hiring an US-E- Consulting-Project Delivery Analyst – Epic Training Coordinator - CBO-Operations and Technology Transformation - PDM (Path B) Near Jersey, NJ

Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, client service delivery. Our Epic Credentialed Trainer will be a primary member of the Epic support team. This role is remote role. PDM Epic Training Coordinator Practitioners are assigned to a home-based client location and may commute to onsite customer locations within the health system for meetings as needed. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities:

  • Working on some unique projects in our sector, you’ll have the opportunity to improve the way health systems provide patient care through the support your specific knowledge and expertise in the areas of Epic training delivery coordination and communications required to support supporting our customer locations and our Deloitte Epic Training team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the tasks outlined below.
  • Works closely and communicates daily with sites to perform training coordination assignments
  • Works closely with client customer locations to provide training coordination for Epic training assignment to support effective classroom teaching environments
  • Performs Learning Management System tasks e.g., creating LMS user accounts, end user registration confirmation emails, classroom reservations, provide support onsite as available to support CTs, and creates ticket end user security access requests post completion of class
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Engages with MHS customer location stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve Epic Training support issues in a timely and professional manner as assigned.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues.
  • Provide verbal and written inputs to the Training Manager and project leadership, as required.
  • Coordinate with the offshore and onshore Training coordination team for continuity of training support.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of providing Epic Training coordination support to include virtual, onsite classroom and eLearning in a healthcare setting.
  • Must have current and strong experience working with a Learning Management System
  • Experience with Epic application training in an EHR enterprise implementation environment or in an EHR installation
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experienced in ITIL service methodology, ServiceNow or other ticket systems.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Self Motivated, highly organized and detail oriented skills are required
  • Superior communication and customer service abilities while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Must be able to operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred:

  • 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment, or healthcare IT setting
  • Experience working independently in remote work environments
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $68000 to $85000
