Deli Brands of America is Hiring an ERP Specialist Near Baltimore, MD
- Analyze and define ERP needs through in-depth business process analysis in a manufacturing setting.
- Employ SQL and SSIS expertise to develop customized programs and scripts.
- Optimize and configure ERP solutions to improve operations and business objectives.
- Design user-friendly ERP functionalities and interfaces.
- Ensure robust integration of ERP software with existing IT infrastructure.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot to maximize ERP system performance.
- Provide specialized technical support and training to ERP users.
- Document ERP processes and progress updates. Stay updated with ERP and SSIS developments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Additional qualifications in business administration or manufacturing operations are a plus.
- Deep proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Certification in Oracle SaaS ERP, SAP, CSB-Systems ERP business process integration, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support a diverse team.
