DeLeers Construction is looking for a Senior Estimator to build construction estimates and take-offs for the one-of-a-kind residential and custom commercial projects we perform.

What DeLeers Construction can offer you
The Estimator position is an exempt (salaried) role. The starting salary range is $75,000 to $110,000 depending on your experience level. If you have more than 7 years' experience the salary range can go up accordingly.

A day in the life of an Estimator
An Estimator can expect to be assisting with take-offs and obtaining, analyzing, and coordinating bids from suppliers and subcontractors. You will also be involved with the process for buyouts, contract awards, and budgets for multiple projects.
Our team of Estimators works with multiple departments collaboratively to ensure accuracy of estimates and bids. To help improve future bids and trade partner quality the Estimators are also tasked with finding new trade partners and vendors. This role will take some out of the box thinking as DeLeers Construction's projects are custom and one-of-a-kind. Estimators will have the challenge of finding options and solutions for customer specifications and needs.
