Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction management or a related field.
• Preferred experience in structural steel fabrication and/or erection.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Thoroughly review contract drawings and specifications.
2. Collaborate with detailers to ensure accuracy in shop drawings.
3. Coordinate material orders, job scheduling, and shop drawing reviews.
4. Oversee drawing revisions and communicate pricing adjustments to the accounting team.
5. Consult with current and potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
6. Foster enduring relationships with vendors and clients.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Positive and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to interpret both structural and architectural drawings.
• Excellent customer service skills, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid grasp of general construction principles.
