Job Description **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Supervises the scheduling, training and evaluating of all Environmental Services personnel.
* Develop and maintain cleaning programs for designated groups to ensure clean and attractive public environment.
* Assists in establishing standards and procedures for ensuring a clean and attractive facility.
* Recommends, documents and issues disciplinary notification to personnel.
* Monitors and assists in proper timekeeping methods.
* Requisition supplies and equipment within established budgetary guidelines.
* Participates in professional organizations that promote the development of the company.
* Experienced with OSHA guidelines, including Right-To-Know Act, and Blood-Borne Pathogens.
* Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
* Promotes outstanding customer relations.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**
* Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in professional office management cleaning environment and/ or cleaning of large public areas facility.
* Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
* Basic computer skills, strong organizational and leadership abilities required.
* Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
* Must be able tolift up to fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
* Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
* Ability to consistently comprehend, retains, and/or execute written, verbal and/or demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance
* Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
