Delaware Nation Industries is supporting a program with the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity (NSWCDD DNA). We will be providing enterprise management and technical support of the NSWCDD DNA NMCI and RDT&E enclave.

Job Summary: DNI is hiring a VTC technician/Telephony Support to support our customer at NAVSEA Dam Neck. Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to, hands on support and planning for unclassified/classified Video Teleconferences (VTCs) and general Audio/video (AV) support. Additionally assisting in the management and deployment of telephony services to include mobile technology, PureBred agent support, troubleshooting, vendor engagement and inventory. Assist local NCTAMS support teams in management of desk phone and end user deployments and assistance. The selected applicant will work as part of an integrated team including system administrators, NCMI end user support staff and other personnel on site.

Responsibilities

• Setup/ troubleshoot and support Polycom Video Teleconferences (VTCs) for both the classified and unclassified enclaves as requested and required
• Provide direct support for Cisco WebEx Software and accompanying hardware to include end user planning, troubleshooting and support
• Install and configure hardware and software components as necessary in support of the Division Branch head
• Upgrade mobility systems to enable compatible software and ensure seamless device deployments when needed
• Manage and report on all activities, data calls and other site requirements related to landline and mobility devices
• Perform application tests on new hardware and software to ensure mobility functionality performs as expected
• Keep management appropriately informed of progress or issues and be able to provide solutions
• Engage with Vendor service providers to manage and deploy mobile, audio and video equipment
• Deploy mobile devices using Intune and Purebred to ensure individual and regulatory requirements are met
• Assign mobility devices such as iPhones, iPads, and MiFis to end user community
• Work alongside NCTAMS to troubleshoot landlines, Voicemail services and deploy physical phone devices

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Security Clearance
• 3 Years of IT Experience with focus on audio, video, and mobility management
• Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create complex technical reports on analytic findings
• CompTIA Security CE or equivalent certification
