Job Summary:

The Distribution Associate will work to pull, check, package, and prepare customer orders for shipping. Will also perform warehouse projects, such as product builds, inventory counts, and other tasks as necessary to ensure the proper and efficient function of the warehouse.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Pull product and / or part for assembly

• Assemble product accurately to order specification

• Pull orders accurately and completely and return orders to shipping area

• Check orders for accuracy

• Pack orders neatly and efficiently to ensure they arrive to customer intact

• Place overstock, returned, or pulled incorrectly items to appropriate bin locations

• Perform product changes and replacements as specified by pick ticket and/or manager

• Perform inventory counts accurately and report counts to manager

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of personal workstation and/or designated warehouse areas.

• Assist in the unloading of containers.

• Assist in preparing for and performing physical inventory.

• Observe all safety guidelines set forth by the company.

• Participate actively in team, departmental, and company meetings and training events.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Detail oriented and consistent producer.

• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move, adjust, or lift up to 75lbs.

• Requires prolonged periods of standing and walking.

• Requires frequent lifting, bending, squatting, stooping, and reaching.

• Ability to detect audible safety warnings, such as forklift horns

• Must be able to work in variable temperature environment
