Rail & Fence Project Manager

At Delamere Industries Inc we are seeking to hire a candidate that is highly motivated and driven in the field of FDOT rail and fence sales, Commercial and Residential.

Job Description:

• Communicate with clients residential and commercial
• Prepare bid documents for execution
• Visit and evaluate project sites
• Answer estimating questions and handle call in estimates
• Excel
• Field installation/supervision

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and a Clean Driving Record
• Associates
• CAD/Drafting preferred - ability to learn
• Desire to win and aggressive spirit
• Knowledge of the construction industry (preferred)
• Great aptitude and ability to quickly learn industry products, installations standards etc.
• Effective skills in oral and written communications. Capable of producing effective proposals etc.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel throughout Florida
• Must pass a Background Check/Drug Screen as we are a Drug Free Work Environment
