We are looking for an experienced 220 licensed agent to LEAD our Commercial Insurance Department. The right candidate will be responsible for servicing, selling and training our COMMERCIAL insurance products. Commercial Insurance Specialists are typically successful sales agents/trainers who are also energetic as well as have the ability to coach, develop others and handle a commercial book of business.

The candidate must have the following skills:

• 220 Property and Casualty Florida license (Required)
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• At least 2 years of experience selling and servicing COMMERCIAL insurance products in the Florida Market
• At least 1 year of training or supervisory experience
• Can execute a training curriculum (when needed)
• Excellent communication skills
• Dedicated to putting our customers first
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lead and motivate others
