Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire a Service Advisor at our Long Beach location.

This is a hourly, full-time position plus commission with an average pay ranging between $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 a year. The pay range scale can fluctuate based on individuals’ performance.

Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 9am-6pm; Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding.

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.

You are a great fit if you can:

• Greet and assist all customers with exceptional service and professionalism.
• Recommend and sell various department services.
• Properly log and write up all customer concerns (walk around, vin checks for recall/warranty, etc.).
• Perform open repair order follow-up (special order follow-ups, dispatch, inform customer of progress) and close repair orders when complete.
• Perform quality control checks on all closed repair orders.
• Perform follow-up calls on previous repair orders.
• Cold call on open recall reports to all manufacturers.

Other requirements and Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Maintain overall brand and cleanliness of department.
• Computer literacy.
• Effective communication and outreach skills to connect with all our customers.
• This role entails the employee will be consistently standing, walking, and sitting and moving up to 100 pounds at a time.
