Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant in our Orange County dealership.
This is an hourly, full-time position with a pay range between $17.00 to $19.00 an hour. The pay range scale can fluctuate based on the individual’s experience.
We offer full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, 401K, Demo Days and Work Outings.
Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm; Sunday & Monday we are gone riding.
Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
You are a great fit if you can:
- Create digital images for our email blasts, social media posts and websites
- Maintain weekly social media posts (Facebook & Instagram):
- 1-2 posts per day per store for Facebook accounts.
- 3 posts per day for IG accounts.
- 1 paid ad per week per store on each Facebook account to generate leads/store traffic.
- Maintain weekly GMB posts:
- 1 GMB post per location everyday (upcoming event, current promotion, new bikes, or gear, etc.).
- Maintain weekly Yelp posts:
- 1 Yelp posts per location everyday (upcoming event, current promotion, new bikes, or gear, etc.).
- Take high quality images of our products to share.
- Make 5 product videos per week (with the help of sales staff).
- Support events coordinator during in-house and outside events.
- Support in any other various tasks deemed necessary for the benefit of the dealership.
Other requirements and Skills:
- Expect to travel often for this role.
- M1 License preferred.
- Passion for Powersports preferred.
- Prior social media experience preferred.
