    Under general supervision, ensures that the functions of the Human Resources Title responsibilities are in compliance with all applicable laws and Board of Education Policies; supports OFP, teacher certification and Title I staffing; oversees the assignment of Title I staff ensuring proper placement and qualifications.
    Essential Functions:
    The following duties are representative for this position. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the classification if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment for this classification. Other duties may be required and assigned.
    • Supports wide-ranging issues pertaining to daily functions of Title I staffing, placement, and assignments.
    • Maintain template forms for all Title I positions throughout the District — ensuring the incorporation of all approved staffing requests.
    • Prepares monthly reports for Title I to audit and monitor staff changes and requests.
    • Serve as the liaison between Human Capital Management and the Office of Federal Programs.
    • Ensures that all Federal guidelines are being met regarding DCDS Title I staffing, certification and assignments.
    • Develop and maintain office management system to organize and file all Title I staffing, HiQ and related documents.
    • Review and monitor Title I staff for qualifications and compliance.
    • Post all Title I positions and support the HR Staffing Managers with staffing Title I positions.
    • Communicates with school leaders and department heads regarding approved Title I staff and/or postings.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    Education and/or Experience:
    • Associate’s degree or equivalent completed college coursework from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university is required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent completed college coursework from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university is preferred.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of related industry experience is required. Experience working with Federal Programs and grants or closely related experience is preferred.
