**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them promptly - Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently - Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner **Requirements:** - Experience using POS systems, preferably Aloha POS - Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to assist wherever needed to support the team Joining our team as a Host/Host offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment.
