Deist Industries is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Bucks Fabricating is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Answers incoming sales calls and emails for as well as makes outgoing cold calls & emails for both Bucks Fabricating and Roll-off Parts.
- Replies to online quote requests as received.
- Arranges and facilitates customer visits.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team goals

- Replies to online quote requests as received.

- Understands and executes price quotes for products.

- Emails and mails product literature and additional information as needed.

- Informs and communicates overall product information through callouts, mailers, and sales calls.

-Understands the opportunity for sales growth for Bucks Fabricating and Roll-off Parts.

-Arranges and facilitates customer visits.

-Prepares sales presentations.

-Performs customer service duties.

-This is an inside sales position with no outside travel requirements.

- 50% of daily work tasks are focused on Bucks Fabricating sales needs. The remaining 50% of daily work tasks are focused on Roll-off Parts sales needs.

- Understands and executes processing sales orders and work orders.

- Applies deposits and final payments on credit cards as requested by customers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset
