Must have full knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, outlook; must have excellent communication and analytical skills; keeps sensitive information confidential
Responsible for evaluating and validating insurance information for both our in house insurance and for our tenants, vendors, subcontractors and consultants.
Must be able to properly report claims and resolve claim discrepancies and escalate high level complaints to upper management;
Must be able to work with upper management to handle sensitive information when completing insurance renewal application
Industry related experience a plus.
Works with and understands all areas of COIs
Works with brokers, risk management
