Degenkolb Engineers is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in San Francisco.
We’re a leading structural engineering firm with offices on the West Coast and Michigan. What you’ll do:
- - Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions.
- - Assist in the preparation of our consolidated financials and the annual budget process.
- - Prepare monthly financial reports in Microsoft Power BI.
- - Manage quarterly revenue projection reporting.
- - Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monthly and quarterly taxes.
- - Prepare the month end Financial Package, JE, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- - Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and Notes Receivable Ledger.
- - Maintain Leases Register and software to comply with ASC 842.
- - Assist with financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
- - Assist with Annual Audit providing support and monitoring requests.
- - Assist with ADP payroll processing as needed.
- - Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested.
The pay rate for this position generally ranges between $7,700 and $10,00 per month. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the California Pay Transparency Law. Actual pay rates will be based on various factors, including company geographic differentials, education level and candidate qualifications.
