To achieve budgeted profitability by adhering to Service and Safety Standards and exercising fiscal responsibility and sound management practices. RESPONSIBILITIES Checking guests and owners in and out Giving guest and owners directions, information and instructions Concierge duties including making reservations for restaurants and activities Assist guests with any reasonable requests Assist guests with bell staff duties to and from rooms Settle guest balances upon departure Handling of cash and credit card transactions Other duties and responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of the Park City area Ability to provide excellent customer service Ability to communicate clearly (spoken and written communication) General understanding of computers and computer operating systems Ability to maintain composure under pressure Self-motivated Ability to lift and carry at least 50lbs DATES OF EMPLOYMENT Year Round PAY RATE $20.00 per hour Deer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
