As a Resident Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to residents in our facility. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, promote their independence, and contribute to their overall quality of life. The role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to providing personalized care to each resident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Supporting residents with mobility issues, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitoring residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes in condition to appropriate medical staff.
• Administering medication according to prescribed schedules and procedures under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.
• Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration of residents as needed.
• Engaging residents in social and recreational activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, including performing light housekeeping duties.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a trusting and respectful relationship.
• Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated care.
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing resident care and facility operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
