Sun Energy Services LLC d/b/a Deep Well Services seeks a Quality Coordinator to work in Midland, TX, providing assistance to field work crews, complete and attend multiple jobsite audits. Will also: make recommendations to Continuous improvements on process and equipment’s, provide training on applicable QMS & API regulations, perform root-cause investigation on NCRs and develop corrective action, manage quality management systems (API Q2 and ISO 9001:2015) and tracking API components expiration (6A, 16A, 16C,16D, 8C, 7-1, 4F), critical calibrations devices and pipework (API 6A); manage and audit 3rd party vendors, QMS/API process such as MOC, NCR, RA, KPI, NPT, CAPA, CSF and support all DWS departments in any inquiry related to our QMS process.

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanic/Maintenance or petroleum Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related position.

Experience must include one (1) year in an oilfield Quality position.

Must also have any experience with or knowledge of snubbing and workover operations for/in the oil and gas industry (On-shore/offshore), equipment and Assets management, API process and requirements such as audit, Risk assessment, MOC, key performance indicators and non-conformance; expertise on root cause analysis and investigation, apply continuous Improvements process and methodologies, MS Office and audio-visual systems and experience as instructor related to oilfield industry process and regulations, develop reports and data analysis, professional methods of communications for interacting with customers and staff in an effective and professional manner.

This position requires working weekends and evenings as needed, travel to various customers’ offices and worksites, performing Quality audits to critical and non-critical vendors in their offices and shops.

Must also have a valid driver’s license and meet minimum driving requirements as per company standards (smith driver course).

Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
