· Administrative tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails and greeting clients for closing and other scheduled appointments in a courteous and professional manner.
· Monitor voicemail, including out of the office alerts.
· Ability to research Garrett County land records, pull tax bills and SDAT information.
· Open real estate files and maintain communication with clients in our secure digital database, Qualia.
· Draft letters and other documents for outgoing mail.
· Manage bank deposits.
· Manage company’s website and Google My Business account. Assist in making changes and keeping website up to date. Attempt to collect online reviews from clients after settlements.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, demanding environment and act as a support person for senior staff.
· Assist attorney in the preparation of legal documents such as letters and other outgoing correspondence.
· Assist Post Closing:
o Prepare final title policies for clients and title underwriter.
o Filing documents with the clerk of court for recording.
o Scan completed files for digital and physical storage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
