Receptionist / Legal Assistant Position
A law firm based in Frederick, Maryland has an opening for a Spanish-speaking receptionist / legal assistant. We exclusively practice immigration law, with a focus on removal defense and family-based visas. We are looking for candidates excited to serve the immigrant community with compassion and diligence.
Ideal candidates would:
  • Be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Be detail-oriented, precise, and diligent
  • Be personable and charismatic
  • Be comfortable answering phones and speaking with clients and their family members
  • Translate documents between Spanish and English
  • Serve as an interpreter between Spanish and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and familiarity with case management systems
  • Comfortable with docket management
