Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Your role will involve developing age-appropriate lesson plans, providing care and guidance to toddlers, and promoting early childhood development.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and learn
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and curiosity
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of the children

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with young students in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Strong understanding of curriculum development for preschool-aged children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies for early learners
- Understanding of child welfare regulations and guidelines

Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
