Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Interact with potential customers covering our quality products, excellent customer service and solid profits from their ice cream sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Merchandising our product establishing a presentations that showcases our products.
- Deliver and merchandise product to maximize sales.

Location and Travel:
- We have sales teams located in various parts of Georgia.
- Cold Call: This part of the position will be seeking out new accounts in various parts of Georgia, especially in the greater Macon area and surrounding communities.
- Route Sales Representative: Serving as a relief for our sales representatives, traveling to the various route locations. You will be following a predetermined route interacting with customer, caring for the freezer and placing orders as needed.
- Route Delivery Representative: Serving as a relief for our route delivery representatives, traveling to the various route locations. You will be following a predetermined route interacting with customer, delivering ice cream and merchandise product to maximize sales.
- The position requires the ability to travel and stay out of town for short periods of time.

Experience:
- Experience in sales and delivery preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability identify sales opportunities

Requirements: Clean driving record, background check, drug test, and ass a DOT Medical Exam to receive DOT Medical Card.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
