Role: Jira Specialist/Specialty Development Practitioner
Location: Dearborn, MI(Hybrid)

Skills Required:

• Design and implement Atlassian solutions (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Confluence) for manufacturing and quality management.
• Configure and customize Jira products to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Work independently, manage priorities, and integrate Atlassian products with CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform data migration, Confluence implementation, administration, development, and support for JIRA and its add-ons.
• Focus on timely and cost-effective implementation, develop architecture artifacts, and document process diagrams.

Skills Preferred:

• Collaborate closely with teams, problem-solving in a changing environment, and effective communication.
• Proficient in Atlassian Plugins, planning and supporting multiple projects, troubleshooting, and risk assessment.
• Years of software development experience using Java and web-based architectures, along with scripting skills.

Experience Required:

• Extensive experience with Atlassian suite, Agile methodologies, programming languages (JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Python), and scripting (Python, Groovy).
• Familiarity with CI tools, integration of Atlassian products with enterprise systems, strong analytical and communication skills.
