Description:
Performs diverse secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties for FPS Region 10. Key responsibilities include composing routine correspondence, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel, answering and screening phone calls, managing incoming/outgoing mail, initiating reports, taking meeting notes, compiling statistical and budget information, and communicating with all levels of FPS Region 10 personnel to gather and convey information.
Required Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft office (eg Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint). Competence with Adobe programs. Generally computer literate with the ability to learn and become proficient in various DHS/MGMT/FPS programs and applications (after training). Capable of operating routine office equipment: scanners, copy machines, fax machines, other misc office equipment.
Specific Job Duties:
Candidate will:
- Perform recordkeeping, reporting, and informational duties including compiling, maintaining, and updating data, lists, and reports.
- Perform a full range of standard and non-standard clerical/secretarial work, which is difficult and specific in nature, and supports an office where duties may include (but are not limited to):

Mon-Fri, 0600-1530 or 0700-1630
