Computer Technician (Windows 10, Printers, Chromebooks)
Full or Part Time

If so, then a desktop technician role might be perfect for you!
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users for a variety of devices including Windows 10 desktops, printers, and Chromebooks. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve connectivity problems, and ensure that users have the resources they need to be productive.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows 10 desktops, printers, and Chromebooks
- Diagnose and fix network connectivity problems
- Install and configure software applications
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
- Document technical issues and resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Windows 10, printers, and Chromebooks
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience
