We are looking for an Inside Sales Training Manager who has a powerful desire to lead teams of highly motivated individuals as new Certified Debt Specialists. This person will develop systems and procedures and fully implement all company policies and accountability measures to build a productive culture focused on on-boarding and training of new employees. This person should have the leadership skills to assist in developing sales professionals through continuous enhanced skill training, proper communication, time management, and lead management. The leader should focus on creating a culture that creates energy, excitement, employee retention and a winning atmosphere. This role reports to the Senior Vice President - New Accounts.

What you'll do:

• Achieving department growth objectives through effective planning, obtaining sales goals, and measuring and analyzing data on past performance to improve future performance
• Ensure growth targets are delivered through people management, coaching and development, performance reviews, and reward and individual recognition programs
• Develop, nurture, and manage client relationship to encourage good practices and spur positive reviews
• Facilitate additional training and coaching for new Certified Debt Specialist and underperformers
• Ensure that the Certified Debt Specialist department works cross functionally with executives/managers from other departments
• Prepare reporting and work with leadership to determine frequency and proper stakeholder distribution
• Assist with escalated calls to provide client focused solution
• Other duties as required to support department operations

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 5 years sales experience (required)
• Strong written, verbal and communication skills
• Talent to manage and lead a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills
• Proven experience dealing directly with clients through phone, email, and texts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, client service software, databases, and tools
• Previous Debt Settlement Hiring and on-boarding experience is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Impeccable written and oral communication
• Ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Successful track record in a thriving, fast-paced environment
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift to 15 pounds
• Ability to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
