2nd Shift Dishwasher
Debbie’s Staffing if looking for Packer for Rural Hall, NC.
Hours: 4pm - 11pm Full Time Overtime as requested by client.
Pay rate: $18.00 Per hour.
Job Summary:
As a Dishwasher, you play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner, allowing the kitchen staff to focus on food preparation. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dishwashing and Sanitization:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Ensure proper sanitation of all items to meet health and safety standards.
• Handle and store dishes and equipment in designated areas.

2. Kitchen Support:

• Assist kitchen staff with various tasks, such as food preparation, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate smooth kitchen operations.
• Dispose of kitchen waste in accordance with waste management guidelines.

3. Equipment Maintenance:

• Monitor and report any malfunctioning equipment to the kitchen supervisor.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks for dishwashing equipment.

4. Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:

• Always follow proper hygiene and safety procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. dddddsd

5. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume dishwashing.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to a certain weight limit).
• Manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools and equipment.
