Our team is searching for a driven and compassionate Inside Sales Representative to join us in helping clients prep for their home buying and selling journey! In this position, you will engage with customers who are in different stages of buying and selling, ranging from the research stage to the move-out process. You will be working in tandem with the agents to help clients achieve their life-long dreams. This is a great opportunity for those who are excited to learn more about working hand-in-hand with customers and growing their careers in real estate!

$50,000 - $65,000 at plan yearly

• Work as a liaison to the sales agent, by setting up showings and in-home appointments and ensuring the appointments take place
• Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team can access current information on all leads
• Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication
• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads

• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
• Willing to obtain VA real estate license (we can help!)
• Tenacious desire to succeed
• Enjoys team collaboration
