```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and educational activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior
- Monitor and assess each child's individual needs and provide appropriate support and guidance
- Ensure classroom management techniques are implemented to maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate special events, field trips, and parent involvement activities
```Experience```
- Previous experience in babysitting or working with young children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Understanding of childhood development milestones and appropriate educational approaches
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus
- First aid certification is desirable
