Dealer Loyalty Protection is Hiring an Accounting Specialist Near Mahwah, NJ
ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST – FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS
Currently seeking a full-time accounting specialist to join our team!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process/Post all day-to-day transactions. Daily transactions include (but not limited to) sales, claims, receivables, payables. Ensure all deposits performed daily.
- Ensure any and all chargebacks/commissions are posted appropriately. Provide clients with transaction reports monthly.
- Maintain accounts payables/receivables. Review any and all outstanding balances and contacts vendors/clients for payments.
- Perform daily/monthly reconciliations. This includes (but not limited to) banking, commissions, trust payments.
- Ensure all contracts/claims/cancels processed are formatted correctly in standard file layouts.
- Post and monitor Credit Card Account. Ensure all paperwork for claims is accurate with approved/posted transactions on Claims Credit Card account.
Skills / Requirements
- Quickbooks proficiency is a MUST
- Excel proficiency is a MUST
- Prior accounting experience is a MUST
- Strong cognitive skills, ability to work within a team and individually
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in automotive/aftermarket products is a plus, but not required.
