As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service throughout their stay. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to handle various tasks simultaneously will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure all payments have been collected and allocated to the correct accounts.
- Run night audit and balance house accounts.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred
