Robert Half's client is a Healthcare company seeking a Marketing Event Specialist for an onsite, contract role in San Antonio, TX.

Marketing Event Specialist

Location : San Antonio, TX ( 100% onsite)

Duration : 2-month contract

Pay rate : $25-$30 / hr

Responsibilities :

• Arranging Marketing Packages : Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing packages to agencies, AOS locations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Broker Relationship Management : Work closely with brokers to stress GSA provider growth and strengthen partnerships.
• Event Logistics : Set up and break down event marketing materials, ensuring seamless execution and a positive attendee experience.
• Partnership Development : Identify and cultivate relationships with new community partners that align with our Medicare support initiatives.
• Administrative Support : Assist with administrative tasks related to event planning, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event coordination or marketing support roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event support.
• Knowledge of Medicare or healthcare industry (preferred but not required).
• Typical hours are 9-5, but canidate must be flexible on days where there are marketing growth events after hours.
