Our Appliance Technicians are employees, not independent contractors. Experienced appliances technicians are paid highly competitive hourly wage based on experience and is superceded by a commission package when efficiently completing repairs. Technicians can also earn customer service and recruiting bonuses for doing great work and bringing new team members to the family. • Provide professional communication to customers, stakeholders, and office
• Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment from customers for work performed
• Ensure the efficient use of materials and keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced and secured
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Continue ongoing education for industry and manufacturer best practices and new technologies

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2 years experience as an appliance repair technician 
  • or
• 1 year experience as an appliance repair technician and trade school graduate
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proficiency to navigate web and tablet-based technologies
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to compute basic arithmetic, algebra, and geometry
• The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
