Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their talent in designing residential spaces of all sizes from one room to a home from the ground up. As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique preferences, requirements, and visions, translating them into exquisite design concepts and delivering a stunning interior.

Client Collaboration: Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and project goals.

Space Planning: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts that maximize the use of space.

Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining the project's high-end standards.

Detailed Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, Present design concepts and proposals to clients with confidence and professionalism, effectively communicating the design vision.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your store managers and sales associates so that everyone is able to get to know the client and help them.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Interior Design or a related field, retail experience..

Since this is a retail environment, your ability to also sell “off the floor”.

The ability to work holidays and weekends when needed.

The ability to move/lift items that may be heavy .
